Compatibility Reminder

• WHMCS versions: 8.x and 9.x
• Templates: Twenty-One, Nexus, and child templates based on them

Before You Upgrade

1. Backup your current addon folder:
   • modules/addons/turnstile
2. Note your current addon settings in WHMCS.

Upgrade Steps

1. Upload the new addon files over the existing folder.
2. Keep your existing configuration in WHMCS.
3. Clear WHMCS template cache.
4. Test all protected forms:
   • Login
   • Registration
   • Password reset
   • Contact
   • Ticket
   • Checkout

After Upgrade Checklist

• Widget appears in expected location.
• Verification works correctly.
• Error message appears when verification fails.
• No form regressions in your active template.

Rollback

If needed:

1. Restore your backup of modules/addons/turnstile.
2. Re-test all protected forms.
