By accessing or using Sentware products, services, or websites, you agree to these Terms and any future updates.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activities that happen under your account.
Purchases, Billing, and Renewals
- Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Subscription products renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled.
- One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
- Taxes and applicable fees are calculated at checkout where required.
Trials, Refunds, and Cancellation
- Trials are available for subscription-based licenses only, where explicitly offered at checkout.
- Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
- One-time purchases are generally non-refundable after download, delivery, license key issuance, or activation, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
- For EU consumers, when digital content delivery starts immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent and acknowledge that your withdrawal right can be lost once performance begins.
- Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
License and Usage
Use of products is governed by the License Details page. In case of conflict, the product-specific checkout terms and any signed agreement take priority.
Prohibited Activities
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not redistribute paid assets or customer-only resources in violation of license terms.
- Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
Termination and Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access for serious violations, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
Consumer Rights by Region
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, mandatory consumer rights apply in addition to these Terms. If you are in the US, applicable federal and state consumer laws continue to apply.
Disclaimer and Liability
Products and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Sentware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
